These Terms of Service govern your use of the Android game Death Moto 3 : Fighting Rider (the "Game"), provided by Wedo1.com. By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these terms.

1. License to use the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained it.

2. Acceptable use

3. Gameplay recording and TikTok sharing

Your use of TikTok, including any content you choose to publish, is also governed by TikTok's terms, community guidelines, and privacy policy. Do not share content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or that exposes another person's private information.

4. Third-party services

The Game may interact with third-party services such as Google Play, TikTok, advertising providers, and technical service providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

5. Virtual items and advertising

The Game may display advertising or offer game features and virtual items where permitted. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed rather than sold, and may not be transferred except where the Game expressly allows it.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game to maintain security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available on every device or in every region.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wedo1.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Game or a third-party service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Game at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful conduct, abuse, security risks, or material violations of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the Game, applicable law, or platform requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
